Your journey to parenthood begins with an accurate diagnosis.
If pregnancy does not happen as quickly as you hoped, it does not mean that your dream of having a child is out of reach. The reproductive health specialists at Northway help identify the possible causes of infertility and develop an individualised treatment plan tailored to each patient.
We are with you throughout every stage of your treatment journey—from the initial consultation to achieving pregnancy.
When should you consult a fertility specialist?
- Pregnancy has not occurred after 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse.
- You are over the age of 35 and pregnancy has not occurred after 6 months of trying.
- Recurrent miscarriages.
- Irregular menstrual cycles.
- Diagnosed endometriosis or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
- Abnormal semen analysis results.
- Previous unsuccessful IVF treatment cycles.
- You would like to assess or preserve your fertility.
How does treatment at Northway Clinic proceed?
Diagnosis is the first and one of the most important steps on the path to successful treatment. During the initial consultation, the fertility specialist reviews both partners’ medical history, evaluates any previous test results, and, if necessary, recommends additional diagnostic examinations. Based on the findings, an individualised treatment plan is developed.
The following examinations may be recommended for both partners:
- Laboratory tests
- Ultrasound examination
- Semen analysis (spermogram)
Once the cause of infertility has been identified, the fertility specialist selects the most appropriate treatment approach. Depending on the diagnosis, treatment may include medication, surgical intervention, or other reproductive medicine techniques.
We use the latest treatment methods and advanced medical technologies to provide each patient with the most effective individual solution. In some cases, following the appropriate course of treatment, couples are able to conceive naturally without the need for assisted reproductive procedures.
If the diagnostic results indicate that assisted reproductive treatment is required, the fertility specialist will recommend the most appropriate treatment method. At Northway Clinic, we offer:
Incipient pregnancy will require thorough monitoring and medical support as the secretion of own hormones will be depressed in most of cases. The patients often require medical therapy due to of concomitant immunological disorders. All periods of pregnancy must be carefully documented taking into account all possible risks.
Save and carry pregnancy passing the patient to obstetrician-gynecologist for successful childbirth – this is our main task!
